Hot off the heels of announcing their brand new VR concept, LWE have today revealed the colossal lineup set to perform at Tobacco Dock Virtual. The opening events will take place from 8pm – 2am on Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd April, with both days free-to-attend. Over 50 acts are due to play across the Easter Weekend spectacle which will combine the world of gaming with an iconic rave venue.
Accessible via MAC, PC and virtually any mobile device, fans will be able to roam Tobacco Dock’s cavernous rooms in stunning detail without any specialist equipment. This is all thanks to LWE’s partnership with the world’s leading virtual event platform; Sansar, who’ve played a key role in the exciting new project. The sets performed will also be live-streamed across Facebook, Youtube and Twitch by LWE’s media partner Beatport.
Kicking things off on Good Friday will see a house & techno takeover, with Enzo Siragusa, Skream and Hot Since 82 setting up camp in The Great Gallery. Meanwhile the infamous Car Park will play host to techno royalty in the shape of Adam Beyer, Sasha, Nastia, Helena Star and Imogen. The Terrace sees Eats Everything and Patrick Topping heading up the bill, alongside Alisha, Eliza Rose and Jaden Thompson. Rounding off the Friday lineup is Riva Starr and East End Dubs in the Little Gallery, hosted by Mr Afterparty.
For the D&B heads, Saturday’s event welcomes heavy hitters from the genre including Chase & Status, King of The Rollers, Flava D, Sherelle and many more playing across the venue’s four rooms.
