After a truly rollercoaster 2020 which has seen life as we know it turned upside down, some good news has come out of Southeast Asia in the hope of ending this catastrophic year on a high. The coveted Vietnamese festival Epizode5 is returning for their fifth anniversary, once again taking place on the stunning island of Phu Quoc located just off the western coast of Vietnam.
Blessed with picturesque white beaches, luscious emerald jungles and hypnotising sunsets, the festival will take over this tropical paradise for 12 days of culture, blissful scenes and dance music’s leading names seeing out 2020 and welcoming in the new year.
Running from 29th December – 10th January, this rave marathon titled ‘Epilogue’ will bring a non-stop programme of electronic music’s elite, performing under magical sunsets complemented by mind-blowing production and art installations to provide a fully immersive experience for those in attendance.
Already confirmed to play in the last announcement saw Ricardo Villalobos, Deborah De Luca, wAFF, Loco Dice, Guti, and Yaya. Now the festival has bolstered the lineup further with more heavyweight stars of the underground.
Hot Creations and Paradise boss Jamie Jones is set to perform, alongside the dynamic french trio Apollonia, techno starlet Nastia and tech house titan Richy Ahmed. Also included in the second wave are Sonja Moonear, Archie Hamilton, Fideles, Agents Of Time, Mr. C and more.
