Friday 5th June marks the release of the highly anticipated documentary; This Is Ibiza. After three years in the making, the film boasts a fascinating insight to the story of the famous White Isle and how it became the dance capital of the world.
Directed by Jody Hall, Minduagas Volkis, and hosted by Jermaine Whitehead-Bailey this immersive tour of Ibiza portrays the island in its true form. The feature-length journey produced by Ego Media and Party Boy Productions takes viewers behind the scenes of Ibiza’s biggest brands, on to the dance-floors of its renowned superclubs and deep into the Island’s picturesque hideaways.
During the course of the documentary features a selection of hand-picked interviews which depict Ibiza from every perspective. Club owners, DJs, promoters, locals, first-timers and seasoned regulars all share their unique anecdotes of the party utopia.
Among the names which have contributed to the making of the documentary are the likes of Pacha, elrow, Defected, Pikes, ABODE, Eden and many more of the island’s key figures sharing their rich stories of Ibiza’s history.
