Widely renowned party curators; HYTE continued their world domination in Amsterdam last month, with a massive party in collaboration with dutch festival; Loveland. After a year which has seen HYTE travel to all corners of globe from Vietnam to London, attracting thousands of visitors along the way, they landed at the world’s biggest dance event to showcase their trendsetting sound.
4,000 ravers descended onto Loveland’s Mediahaven, and with tickets selling out weeks in advance, anticipation for the event was bursting at the seams. The venue’s three rooms were dyed in captivating colours and kitted out with top class production and sound, including an incredible laser effect cage around the DJ booth. The immersive experience left viewers stunned with standout performances from the likes of Loco Dice, Pan-Pot, a special back-to-back from Andrea Oliva & wAFF, and a live set from birthday boy Guti.
The sell out event has put the wheels in motion ahead of HYTE’s 24 hour marathon in Berlin on NYE, with many of the same artists playing the brand’s final showcase of 2018. Joining them will see Amelie Lens, Richie Hawtin, Stephan Bodzin and many more at Berlin’s famous Funkhaus for a show which will no doubt be one to remember.
