Intercell’s Singapore debut with Mall Grab, Skin On Skin, Effy & more

The Amsterdam platform takes over Pasir Panjang Power Station with Collective Minds this November.

Intercell will make its Singapore debut at Pasir Panjang Power Station on Saturday 21 November 2026. Mall Grab, Skin On Skin, Effy and Osmosis Jones lead the bill, with local support from Hammy B2B HBN.

Presented with Collective Minds, the event takes the Amsterdam platform into one of Singapore’s substantial industrial spaces. The power-station setting connects the new date to Intercell’s roots in warehouse parties, putting the room’s scale and architecture at the centre of the event.

The night runs 6pm–2.30am, with last entry at 10pm. That provides an extended evening programme rather than a short headline appearance, with the four international bookings joined by a locally curated pairing.

Founded in 2015 as an underground collective in Amsterdam, Intercell has developed a programme spanning hard techno, acid and hardgroove. Its previous stages have hosted artists including 999999999, I Hate Models and MCR-T, although the Singapore bill sets out its own direction through the four announced guests.

Hammy B2B HBN give the local programme a distinct collaborative booking. Their place on the bill is part of a wider two-city visit, with a separate Hong Kong event following on Sunday 22 November.

The Singapore venue is at 27 Pasir Panjang Road. Its exposed structure and large halls offer a different setting from a conventional club room, making the venue choice a substantial part of the debut rather than simply another tour address.

Intercell’s arrival adds a new international promoter collaboration to Singapore’s club calendar while retaining a local presence through its support programme. The date is restricted to guests aged 18 and over.
