Charlotte de Witte becomes the first ever female headliner to close Tomorrowland’s main stage

A big step forward for the dance music industry

The world’s biggest dance music festival have revealed their full lineups for this years edition. This year, there’s one particular stand out billing in the long list of acts due to perform. For the first time in Tomorrowland history, the main stage closing show will be performed by a female techno artist and who better for the job than the techno queen herself: Charlotte de Witte.

Starting off in her Belgian hometown of Ghent, Charlotte has risen through the ranks frequently fighting challenges and struggles as a female performer in a male dominated scene. After securing a residency in her local club years ago, the talented producer and DJ has since landed hit number 1 tracks in the charts, residency mixes with Apple Music and even her own label and events brand; KNTXT. Now, she can add the title of first ever female to headline the main stage at the world’s biggest festival to her ever-growing list of achievements.

Charlotte will be taking the reins of the closing show for Tomorrowland on Saturday July 30th. Joining her on the main stage throughout the day are the likes of Solomun, Afrojack, Oliver Heldens, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and more.

KNTXT will also be hosting a stage on Friday 15th July where Charlotte will be joined by Enrico Sangiuliano, Chris Liebing, Indira Paganotto, Onyvaa and OGENN b2b One Track Brain.
