Brand new festival to take place in Kent this September with ALISHA, Darius Syrossian, East End Dubs, Rich NxT & more

Field Groove takes place on 10th September

On 10th September this year, a brand spanking new festival is set to grace the South East of England. Named Field Groove, the festival will take place at Faversham Showground, near the vibrant city of Canterbury in Kent. Although it’s the first outing for Field Groove, the minds behind this freshly formed brand are certainly no strangers to the industry.

Helmed by NCTRL Events, the team involved have thrown many successful events and large scale shows in the past, bringing international dance heavyweights Chase & Status, DJ EZ, MK and more to Kent. Their latest project will see another billing of globe-trotting talent land in the Garden of England, right on the door step of many local ravers for an action-packed day of festivities.

Running non-stop for 10 hours from 12pm – 10pm, attendees can expect to hear some of the leading artists in a variety of genres from across the electronic music spectrum including house, minimal, tech and more. Headlining the proceedings are the likes of Moxy label boss Darius Syrossian, the high-flying starlet ALISHA and Eastenderz head honcho East End Dubs. . They’ll be joined by more top flight selectors such as FUSE regular Rich NxT, Germany-based DJ Youandewan and the in-demand minimal maestro; Rossi.

Crate-digger East End Dubs will be headlining the festival

Playing alongside in support will be a billing of local and upcoming talent including Harry Skye, Joe Ellis, Ryan Resso, Travis Skelton and VINE. Event brands Gruuvments, Techside, GRDN, Section 82 and Subteran will also be partnering with the festival. The boutique site boasts an open-air main stage, as well as a tented arena both kitted out with jaw-dropping production and a thumping Funktion-One sound system.

Speaking about the upcoming festival, Field Groove’s organisers said :

We’re so excited to be bringing a new boutique dance music festival to our hometown with some of the biggest names in underground house music, who local ravers would usually have to travel to London and beyond to see live.

People can expect an intimate vibe with state-of-the-art production and Funktion-One sound, as well as craft drinks, local street food and a few extra surprises!

It was really important for us to get local promoters involved in the festival, so we’re collaborating with some of Kent’s best party-throwers to keep the local scene and crowds at the heart of what we do.

We can’t wait to show everyone what we have planned for our debut festival this September!
