Where will you be raving?

Following a few hard years for the industry, we are delighted to see some of our favourite mainstays alongside some new names in the industry announcing dates and killer lineups for their festivals. We have compiled a list of some of the best festivals this year and we know you’re going to love them. See you at the rave.

UK Festivals

Terminal V: Resurgence

Date: April – 16th & 17th
Location: Royal Highland Centre, Edinburgh

Following a 2 year break, Scotland’s biggest and baddest festival returns for 2 days of Easter raving with 6 arenas of elaborate stage designs and over 80 of the biggest names in house and techno.

Junction 2 Festival

Date: June – 3rd & 4th
Location: Boston Manor Park, London

This Jubilee Bank Holiday Weekend will see the return of Londons biggest party. The mighty Junction 2 will take place over 2 days under the infamous bridge of the M4 that has made many memories for ravers in and around London over the last few years.

The One In The Woods

Date: June 3rd & 4th
Location: Orrell Hill Woods, Liverpool

Following their debut last year, The North’s newcomer is coming back with a bang for 2022. In the picturesque woodlands between Manchester and Liverpool this June will see 2 days of house, techno and drum and bass courtesy of The One In The Woods.

In It Together

Date: June 3rd – 5th
Location: Margam, Wales

In It Together Festival is a community, a festival, a reunion and a celebration. With a vision to create the pinnacle Welsh Festival which means all things to all people and offers a bespoke blend of Music, Arts & Culture.

One Out Festival

Date: June 18th
Location: Apps Court Farm, Walton-On-Thames

After a successful sell-out event last year, One Out has announced it’s next edition that come with the aims of going bigger and better. The first lineup reveal features some world class acts and there are even more promised for future announcements.

Noisily Festival

Date: July 7th – 10th
Location: Noseley Hall, Leicester

Noisily is about friendship, love, passion, nature and community. Offering an alternative to mainstream festival culture, an inclusive haven where underground music thrives and self expression flourishes.

Field Day

Date: August – 20th
Location: Victoria Park, London

Field Day are back and they plan to celebrate their 15th edition in style. Returning to their home grounds of Victoria Park in East London, the brand has promised a day full of dancing supplied by a some Field Day favourites alongside some of the biggest names in dance music.

Lineup: The Chemical Brothers, Kraftwerk, and more to come, including an anniversary announcement of 15 acts that nod to the brands past and future.

We Are FSTVL

Date: August – 6th & 7th
Location: Damyns Hall Aerodrome, Essex

We Are FSTVL returns to its spiritual home at Damyns Hall Aerodrome, affectionately known as The Airfield of Dreams. Celebrating the very best in House, Urban, Bass, Techno and Drum & Bass, the UK’s biggest independent dance festival aims to make 2022’s edition the best yet.

Lost Village Festival

Date: August – 25th – 28th
Location: Abandoned Forest, Lincolnshire

Located in an abandoned forest, Lost Village is more than just a music festival, it is a world of experiences, making sure you will not be short of things to do. Since their first festival in 2015, Lost Village has expanded into a unique and surreal world, complete with surprise performances, comedy and much more.

Creamfields: North

Date: August 25th – 28th
Location: Daresbury Estate, Cheshire

Creamfields has blazed the trail for electronic dance events since the late ’90s and this year celebrates it’s 25th edition of their mega festival. Renowned for attracting the biggest names in electronic music as well as its huge production design and ambitious staging, each year features over 300 artists performing across 30 stages throughout the weekend.

Maiden Voyage Festival

Date: August 28th
Location: Lee Valley Showground, London

Returning for its third year, Maiden Voyage Festival is back to sprinkle some sonic sunshine into your August bank holiday Sunday. Picture fresh jazz, hip hop, electronic, soul, world music, techno, house, and more performed by both local and international talent as you sip a cold pint in the hot summer sun.

Unum Festival

Date: June 1st – 6th
Location: Rana e Hedhun, Albania

85 artists. Three stages. 24 hours of non stop music. Welcome to Unum Festival, a cultured gathering in a secret and untapped corner of Europe, nestled between pine forests, sun kissed beaches and mountainous backdrops.

Melt! Festival 2022

Date: June – 10th – 12th
Location: Ferropolis, Gräfenhainichen, Germany

Melt Festival is a rock, electronic, and pop festival that exists within the imposing grounds of the Ferropolis; a museum of titanic mid-20th-century industrial machinery which is located just outside of Gräfenhainichen, Germany.

Sónar

Date: June 16th – 18th
Location: Barcelona, Spain

Created in 1994, Sonar Festival is a pioneering cultural event in Barcelona that has grown from strength to strength and is now established as one of Europe’s most well-known music festivals. This years 3 day edition will mark the return of Sonar following last years cancellation due to the global pandemic.

Hideout Festival

Date: July 3rd – 7th
Location: Zrce Beach, Croatia

After two years away due to the pandemic, July 3rd to 7th 2022 will see Hideout Festival pull out all the stops to serve up a long-awaited 10th edition of the festival like no other. 12 years after kick-starting the clubbing revolution that has since unfolded on the gorgeous beaches of Croatia, Hideout continues to lead from the front with five fantastic stages of diverse music.

EXIT Festival 2022

Date: July 7th-10th
Location: Petrovaradin Fortress, Novi Sad, Serbia

After a successful 2021 edition as the first major festival that took place in Europe in full capacity and without social-distancing, EXIT Festival promises to curate another year of killer line-up anchored by the best and brightest in house, techno, and EDM along with rock and hip hop genre leaders.

Dour Festival 2022

Date: July 13th – 17th
Location: Rue d’Elouges, Dour, Belgium

Dour is back fully loaded for an XXL edition of their summer festival. Promising he craziest edition of it’s history the brand welcomes all to their playground of arenas and mythical campsites. Not one to miss.

Awakenings Summer Festival

Date: July 29th – 31st
Location: Hilvarenbeek, Amsterdam, Netherlands

After two missed Festivals, Awakenings are happy and proud to announce that in 2022, they’re celebrating their 25th anniversary with the biggest and best festival they’ve ever hosted. They’ll be returning with the new Awakenings Summer Festival, moving to a brand-new location, adding an extra day and a campsite plus the biggest programming they’ve ever had.

Sonus Festival

Date: August 21st – 25th
Location: Zrce Beach, Croatia

The clock is ticking for the much anticipated return of Croatia’s revered underground Sonus Festival. An all-star electronic music show that includes more than 40 international headliners, set to take place across three celebrated open air clubs on Zrce Beach.

EDC Mexico 2022

Ultra Music Festival

Date: March 25th – 27th
Location: Miami, Florida, USA

Meet! Festival

Date: April 14th – 17th
Location: Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

Endless clear blue seas, gently swaying palm trees, secluded cenotes and lush green jungle. Transahara Festival

Location: Near Merzouga, Morocco
