Time Warp USA returns with colossal line up this November

Richie Hawtin, Seth Troxler, Stephan Bodzin and many more are confirmed

Time Warp, the mecca for techno, the pilgrimage event on the global techno calendar, is back for its 27th year. After a forced two year hiatus, and running off the back of their incredible 25th year anniversary in 2019, Time Warp brings a roster of historic talent to a brand new venue in New York. It’s new Brooklyn location will be a playground for the world’s leading techno titans, hosting two days of audiovisual technical immersion. With Time Warp’s long-term NYC collaborators Teksupport, they’ll be hosting the legendary party on November 19th & 20th.

Teksupport is well versed in New York parties, having produced some of New York’s most unique and exciting experiences of recent years. Known to scourer the city, unearthing new locations, Teksupport have thrown parties in submarine factories, navy yards, subterranean ballrooms and industrial warehouses. They have built a reputation for raw, natural spaces combing them with new ideas and world class production.

Since Time Warp’s debut in New York, way back in 2014, they have made it a second home. In 2019, the brand decided to celebrate 25 years with the first large-scale underground dance music event to happen in the Bronx. The results were priceless, bringing with them a huge wave of house and techno enthusiasts and ensuring the next chapter for its American journey.

Following a forced two year break, fans can expect Time Warp to unleash carnage on its 2021 return. They’ll call back their underground heroes, the central pillars to their forever growing community, to paint a picture of its 27 year old history and remind the ravers why its the place to be. Richie Hawtin, the global scene shaper, takes the headline role, a position he has held like a homing beacon since his Time Warp debut in 1995.

Ricardo Villalobos will be alongside Craig Richards for what is a rare occasion stateside. Villalobos’s deep ties with Time Warp means the festival goers will see a show that has only graced New York twice in the last 7 years.

Berlin features heavily in the line up, with Âme bringing a slice of the German techno culture alongside Pan-Pot, and Berghain figureheads Ben Klock and Marcel Dettmann for a rare b2b. Âme has featured with Time Warp since 2007, with the other three introduced in to the family in 2012. Fan favourite Seth Troxler picks up another set, who is an annual member of the flagship Mannheim event since 2011.

Techno as always with Time Warp New York takes centre stage, with the entire spectrum covered for lovers of the genre. Afterlife headliners Adriatique are set to get the emotions running high with a spine tingling melodic set. On the other end, international superstar Nina Kraviz turns up the tempo, blowing the speakers with her signature mix of techno and electro cuts. Stephan Bodzin, Paula Temple, Kobosil, KiNK and a live show by Reiner Zonneveld, ensure that no Techno lover misses out on a sub-genre of their choosing.

Time Warp’s return to New York will follow two weeks after its prodigal return to Mannheim in October before the brand heads south to São Paulo, Brazil. Head to their website for more information on their international events and to sign up for tickets. But for anyone stateside, the New York event is not going to be one you want to miss out on.
