This July finds a brand new festival landing in Liverpool, named The One In The Woods. Set in an enchanting woodland setting, the two day event will be spread across three unique stages featuring electronic music’s brightest talents. With an ethos centred around crystal clear sound, jaw-dropping production and a carefree atmosphere, this certainly looks like a solid addition to the summer calendar.
The brains behind this new festival are otherwise known as The One, a group of friends from Liverpool and Manchester who formed the concept in 2019. With the pandemic previously putting their plans on hold, the new kids on the block are now ready and raring for the 2021 season.

Situated just outside of Liverpool at Orrell Hill Wood, the picturesque site can hold 5,000 people with transport to the event easily accessible via bus and train routes, taking around 20 minutes from the city centre.
Gracing the stacked lineup between July 17-18th are a plethora of heavy hitters spanning across house, techno and drum & bass. Heading up the techno stage is genre royalty in the shape of Ben Klock, Slam and Rebekah. Playing alongside will see fan favourites Nastia, Perc and rising sensation Kusp also behind the decks. Over on the house stage brings the infectious sounds of Mele, Bontan and Lauren Lo Sung whilst the D&B camp brings Sub Focus, Matrix & Futurebound, Friction and many more to the woods.
Away from the music, the festival site will also boast attractions, food stalls and other boutique offerings to add to the already escapist experience. To top it off, all tickets are Covid-19 protected, meaning full refunds will be given in the event of any cancellations.
