Talented producer and DJ Sidney Charles recently unveiled the exciting news of his brand new label ‘Heavy House Society’. Sidney himself has graced a multitude of iconic labels such as Truesoul and Hot Creations in the past, but now starts a new chapter of his love affair with underground music.
With a long history as an A&R for record labels throughout his career, the artist’s new venture will look to combine his ear for sound with the energetic style he’s known for, to create a source of music filled with close friends and favoured artists. Already signed up to the team is Barem, Bodeler and Josh Baker.
Speaking about the new label, Sidney has said :
“I’m launching the label as A&Ring has been a huge passion of mine for most of my career. I feel the time is right to evolve my take on the high energy house sound that I love playing out when touring the globe, while also creating a strong collective of like minded friends.”
Kicking things off for the Heavy House Society is a standout EP from the talented Argentinian artist Barem. The four-track EP features three propulsive stripped-back house cuts and even includes a deep remix from Frenchman Djebali. HHS001 – Hollow EP” will be available on vinyl and digitally from early November.
