An intriguing new concept launches this October 11th, courtesy of event promoter & DJ of the same name; Art E Fect. Opting to keep a focus on the core and fundamental elements of throwing a party, ‘The Intimate Series’ will bring headline DJs to a rare 300 capacity setting, providing ravers the opportunity to get up close & personal with their favourite artists.
Alongside the headliner which will change with each bi-weekly instalment, the series will also see an upcoming DJ opening each night and roster of handpicked residents in support. The events will take place at Shoreditch’s latest underground hotspot; Rolling Stock. Complete with a pumping Funktion-One sound system, the stripped-back arched space situated on Kingsland Road features exposed brick walls and minimal decor creating a raw and industrial feel.
Running from 9pm – 3am, kicking things off on October 11th sees LoveJuice regular Sammy Porter on headline duties. The UK house artist is often found touring some of the top venues in England and further afield, with stints at London’s Ministry of Sound and E1, along with Ibiza super clubs Ushuaia and Eden. Opening up the night is rising DJ Terri-Anne Gray, and residents Marlon Sadler, Andy Christo and Tyler Sanchez.
