The modern makeover packs fresh latino vibes, funky brass riffs, and re-performed vocals

Dutch producers La Fuente and Boris Smith have remixed ‘Cada Vez’; the 1999 smash hit from Negrocan turning it into a fresh summer sizzler with enough colour and energy to erupt dancefloors from Miami to Ibiza. The track’s famous vocals are now performed by the in-demand singer / songwriter Mavis Acquah who has previously worked with Afrojack, Sidney Samson, and Ferrick Dawn as well as performing with international artists like Katie Melua, Michael Bubble and Enrique Iglesias.

He also has a string of releases on labels such as Spinnin, Hexagon, Heldeep and Wall Recordings. Boris Smith made his debut as Beauriche on Hardwell’s Revealed label, which quickly followed withappearances at the iconic Ushuaia, Solar, Pacha, and Dauwpop, as well as further releases on credible labels such as Musical Freedom, Toolroom and Ultra Music, and see widespread support from his DJ peers including Bob Sinclair, Kryder, Martin Solveig, and Fedde Le Grand. With these two in charge of the controls, you can rest assured that the track will carry feel-good summertime vibes.

The track will be coming out on Hoxton-based indie label Perfect Havoc, who will soon be celebrating 100 million streams on Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube with tracks from its roster of breaking talent such as Oliver Nelson, Tobtok, Mahalo, Eat More Cake, Karen Harding, Kokiri, and Joel Corry.
