Saytek to perform live set at secret location “The Vault”

The performance will include tracks from his upcoming album on Carl Cox's label

This month will see the launch of brand new ratemyrave livestream concept, pairing house & techno’s top talents with obscure and eye-catching filming locations – some of which have never been used before. The series which will run in association with The Night Bazaar will include five individual streams, all bringing a different sound and unique setting.

The first stream named “The Vault” is set to take place on June 28th, with a live set by musical wizard Saytek including tracks from his new album “Improvisations”, which is due to be released on Carl Cox’s label Awesome Soundwave. The internationally respected artist has gathered serious momentum over the last few years, becoming one of electronic music’s most in-demand live acts.

His unique and creative style which blends hypnotic techno with tones of acid and house through the use of analog synths, sequencers and drum machines has seen him play around the world, alongside an ever-growing list of heavyweight DJs. This summer will see another relentless schedule for Saytek, including joining Carl Cox at Creamfields festival on the infamous Steelyard stage.

His upcoming stream for the ratemyrave live series will be located at “The Vault”, a dark and eery close-walled space hidden just outside of London in Kent, providing an raw and industrial atmosphere. Joining Saytek on the lineup is Bunkerbound head honcho Paul Neary, who’s tracks have seen regular support from techno icon Richie Hawtin. His minimalistic, stripped back sound will no doubt add another exciting element to the night.

Tickets to “The Vault” stream, and the rest of the ratemyrave live series are completely  free. To attend, all you need to do is register here. Guestlist spaces will then be chosen at random and sent by email containing the full location details one week before the event. If you’re not lucky enough to get a ticket, you can watch all the recorded action live on Facebook during the week following the event.

Many more locations and DJs are still yet to be announced, register to hear first and keep an eye on the ratemyrave socials!
