Following a string of standout parties across London, Step Inside return with their most ambitious concept to date – a full venue collaboration alongside Liverpool’s fast-rising Paul Street Sounds.

Set to take over both Star Lane and Upper East for a day-to-night session on Saturday 11th April, this next instalment marks another step forward for a brand that’s quickly built a reputation for more than just good parties. After recent successes at fabric and Timber Loft, alongside intimate showcases at Star Lane, Step Inside have been steadily carving out a space that blends forward-thinking house music with something more meaningful.

At its core, Step Inside isn’t your typical events brand. Founded by Angelio and Frank, the project has grown into a movement centred around community, openness, and mental health awareness. Each event is designed not just as a dancefloor experience, but as a platform to “normalise conversations around mental health” while raising awareness and funds for causes such as Mind.

That ethos has been evident across their journey so far. From lineups featuring UK garage legend Jeremy Sylvester alongside emerging names like Jelsen, Al:Chemi, Frenchhh and Munni, to more reflective formats such as their recent Timber Loft mental health panel – bringing together artists like Seb Zito and Rossko for open, honest conversations.

Enter Paul Street Sounds. Hailing from Liverpool, the tight-knit collective have carved out a distinct identity rooted in their origins at Liverpool Music Village. What began as a studio hub has evolved into a respected platform, with releases gaining support from names across the underground spectrum and a growing reputation for quality over hype.

Their parties up north have already left a mark, hosting the likes of Dungeon Meat, Reeshy, Alec Falconer and Mella Dee. All while nurturing a strong roster of residents including Scon, Cadence, Nay Barr and Bailey. With their residents’ music landing on labels such as Hardline, EC2A and OBP, the collective’s trajectory is clear and 2026 looks set to be a defining year.

The dual-space format across Star Lane and Upper East opens things up even further, allowing for a fluid musical journey that moves from daytime grooves into late-night energy, soundtracked by residents, special guests and selectors from both camps. This is one party you don’t want to miss!
