New Ibiza club opens with no phones policy

The venue is located on Carrer de Pere Francès in Ibiza town

Tomodachi Ibiza is a new addition to the island’s club scene, offering a refreshing shift from the typical extravagant show. Open every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday, the venue invites guests into an essential only, intimate setting where the focus is firmly on music and presence.

Founded by Miller of Real Gang, Tomodachi champions a stripped-back approach that puts sound quality and shared experience at the forefront. The club operates with a limited capacity, using analog audio systems to create an immersive atmosphere that favours extended DJ sets and close interaction between artists and the crowd.

One of the defining features of Tomodachi is its strict no-phone policy. By removing the distraction of screens, the club encourages guests to be fully present, focusing in to the music and to each other. Which stands in contrast to the typical content-driven culture that dominates much of Ibiza’s nightlife.

The summer 2025 season welcomes a diverse lineup of talent, including names like Ageless, Cally, Dana Ruh, Derek, Elia Nafzger, Fabe, Maher Daniel, Olga Korol, Suciu, Tristan da Cunha, Voigtmann, and many others, with more artists to be announced. The programming is further enriched by collaborations with a variety of collectives such as Beeyou, Yoyaku, Real Gang, The Unknown, and Un_Mute, helping shape a rotating calendar of deep, considered lineups.

Tomodachi’s design is defined by what it represents, warm lighting, no VIP barriers, and a lack of frills which all contribute to a space where the focus remains squarely on the music and the moment. It’s a subtle but intentional return to club culture’s roots, offering an experience that values quality and connection over spectacle.
