Junction 2 returns to Boston Manor Park from Friday 25th to Sunday 27th July 2025, bringing with it another carefully curated weekend of underground electronic music. Known for its industrial staging and attention to sonic detail, the festival continues to carve out a distinct identity within the UK’s crowded summer calendar.

The festival opens on Friday with a melodic focus. Notable performances include a rare appearance from deadmau5 , alongside trance-influenced trio Above & Beyond. There’s also a mix of rising and established names, including Christian Löffler, Azzecca, and Ahmed Spins, balanced by harder-edged sets from Adam Beyer and ANNA.
Saturday leans into the heavier side of techno. Artists like Charlotte de Witte, DVS1, Nina Kraviz, and Dax J b2b Helena Hauff lead the charge, with a live set from Reinier Zonneveld also on the bill. Deadmau5 will also feature again, this time under his techno alias Testpilot. The festival’s industrial Bridge stage and its woodland counterparts offer a contrast of atmospheres, but both are designed to serve the music first and foremost.

On Sunday, the tone softens slightly, moving into more eclectic and genre-blending territory. Soulwax, Mount Kimbie, and Sofia Kourtesis offer live sets, while DJs like DJ Koze, Palms Trax b2b 2ManyDJs, and Erol Alkan bring a more playful energy. Sets from Job Jobse, Ela Minus, and Moxie round off the weekend with a mix of introspection and groove.

Junction 2 continues to explore sustainable practices, from eco-fuel generators to waste reduction and support for rewilding efforts in the park itself. Its no-frills approach, no VIP areas, no gimmicks, keeps the focus on the music, the sound systems, and the experience on the ground.
For those interested in the deeper ends of house, techno, and everything in between, Junction 2 remains a reliable entry in the UK’s electronic music calendar.
