Canadian DJ and environmental advocate BLOND:ISH has announced a powerful new partnership between her Bye Bye Plastic Foundation and two of West London’s forward-thinking venues: Gallery and B Club. The collaboration officially launches on June 19th with a special headline performance from BLOND:ISH at Gallery Club, and marks a significant step in the UK nightlife scene’s shift toward sustainability.

From June 19 onwards, both venues will donate £1 from every glass bottle of water sold to the Bye Bye Plastic Foundation, supporting their mission to eliminate single-use plastics from the music industry. The initiative builds on efforts already in place at Gallery and B Club, which have fully eliminated single-use plastic from their drinks service. Venue founder Barth Rougier expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting the alignment in values and the shared goal of building a greener future for nightlife culture.
Since its creation, Bye Bye Plastic has become a leading force for environmental change in dance music. The foundation launched its Zero Plastic Club program in France, where 24 nightclubs collectively prevented over 10 tonnes of plastic waste annually by eliminating plastic water bottles. The initiative is now making moves into the UK with support from the Night Time Industries Association (NTIA). Another key campaign from the foundation is the Eco-Rider, an artist-led sustainability pledge signed by over 1500 DJs and producers, including Pete Tong, Idris Elba, Ben Klock, and Ida Engberg.

BLOND:ISH, who was recently announced as the first ever female resident at Pacha Ibiza, will bring her signature high-vibe energy and euphoric sound to Gallery for the June launch. With its 360-degree DJ booth, state-of-the-art sound system, and raw aesthetic, the 400-capacity Gallery venue has rapidly become a standout space for London clubbers since opening in March. Upcoming shows for the end of May include sets from Pete Tong, Seth Troxler, Nic Fanciulli, and Rossi, with the Bye Bye Plastic event poised to be a defining night in the venue’s evolution.
