Marlon Hoffstadt, Monika Kruse, DJ Tennis, Alyf & DJ Norma to play newly renovated Dockland club

Jimi Jules and DJ Tennis go B2B to reopen a reimagined Dockland, as Münster’s iconic venue returns with a season marking three decades of underground influence.

Münster’s Dockland reopens on 10 May, beginning a new chapter for the long-running team behind the venue. The opening night of the KANELLO series sees DJ Tennis and Jimi Jules play a rare 4-hour back-to-back, joined by a cross-section of local and regional names.

KANELLO draws its name from the venue’s roots – a nod to the crew’s original club space opened in 1995 and returns with a significantly reworked setting. Built along the city’s canal at a former industrial harbour, the redesigned Dockland now includes a 600 m² transparent roof, allowing the space to maintain its open-air feel regardless of weather. A new d&b audiotechnik system and immersive stage design complete the upgrade.

Opening night support comes from DJ Norma b2b Greta Spark, alongside Dockland regulars Alyf, Cutmaster Jay b2b Khetama, and Marco Mesem. Also on the lineup are emerging selectors Krackk, Dilliboi_91, and Valeby – names tied to Münster’s younger clubbing generation.

The series continues 17 May with Monika Kruse, marking her first appearance in three years. Later in the season, Stil vor Talent returns for its 20th anniversary with founder Oliver Koletzki, and Marlon Hoffstadt includes Dockland on a short list of just seven European club stops this year. Further dates and artists are still under wraps.
