Ministry of Sound Embraces ‘Sober Curious’ era with the Launch of Alcohol-free Raves

DRIIA is leading the club's new alcohol-free Raves

This spring, Ministry of Sound is launching an exciting new sober rave series designed for a new wave of sober and sober-curious partygoers. The first event kicks off on May 11th and will run quarterly until November, with DRIIA leading the day parties.

Having previously hosted events like Ecstatic Disco and Dry Disco, the club is now introducing its first in-house brand dedicated to alcohol-free ravers, marking a significant shift in the city’s nightlife scene. At the forefront of this movement is DRIIA, whose passion for sober raving has shaped her ethereal sound, fusing UKG, Jungle, and Breaks.

A rising star in the industry, she was named Danny Howard’s BBC Radio 1 Future Star last year and is backed by genre heavyweights like Main Phase, Turno, and Jaguar. Through her music, she hopes to ignite conversations about sober raving in underground scenes.

Enhancing the experience, an exclusive mocktail menu will be available in the new guest area, along with a selection of No and Low-alcohol drinks across the venue starting in February. The menu has been carefully curated by bar manager Laura Andrijauskaitė, who drew from extensive research, taste testing, and her own experience with a sober lifestyle. Guests can enjoy offerings from brands like LUCKY SAINT, Trip, and REAL.co, featuring low and no-alcohol beer, mushroom-based drinks, and CBD-infused options.

I’ve put together a great lineup of options for sober ravers, we wanted an offering that tastes amazing like CBD-infused Trip, a delicious alternative to wine drinks from Real.co, Low-alcohol functional spirits from Smiling Wolf (perfect in cocktails or with mixers), and 0% beer options from Lucky Saint” – Laura Andrijauskaitė

As nightlife continues to evolve, Ministry of Sound is leading the charge with this innovative party series and drink selection. No hangovers. No regrets. Just unforgettable nights.
