“Some time earlier this year, we were introduced to James and his music by our manager. To make a long story short, we liked his voice and vibes right away, hoping with the right song, he might add to our style just perfectly. Hence we were waiting for some of his demos impatiently, and after receiving them, we pretty much instantly picked ‘Take Me,’ it felt in a way it was speaking to us. To explain this, sometimes we listen to a vocal and instantly have an idea pretty much laid out ahead, and this is how it felt to us with ‘Take Me.’
Fortunately, after producing a demo and sharing our ideas with James, the feelings about our musical direction were nothing but mutual, and here we go, ‘Take Me’ is released for a few weeks now, and we couldn’t wish for a better feedback. Little spoiler alert towards the end, we just started working on a follow-up tune already that we are super excited about, and we can’t wait to test it out in our DJ sets very soon.”
James French adds:
