AlphaTheta release fully wireless headphones for DJs

There's just 9 milliseconds of latency

AlphaTheta, formerly known as Pioneer DJ has just announced its latest product – fully wireless DJ headphones called HDJ-F10.

Priced at £369, the HDJ-F10 headphones connect wirelessly to an included SonicLink transmitter, which plugs into the headphone port of any DJ mixer, controller, or other audio devices.

With just 9 milliseconds of latency, these headphones are ideal for professional DJs. Unlike traditional Bluetooth, which famously suffers from latency issues that can disrupt audio synchronisation, the HDJ-F10 offers a seamless solution to this long-standing challenge.

Designed specifically for the DJ booth, the HDJ-F10s feature high-volume playback and a powerful low-end, thanks to their 40mm driver and bass reflex air duct. These features allow for precise monitoring and beat-matching when DJing.

In addition to its DJ-specific capabilities, the headphones offer Bluetooth connectivity for use with smart devices, a noise-canceling mode for travel, and a built-in microphone for calls. Battery life is impressive, with up to nine hours of use in SonicLink mode and 30 hours in standard Bluetooth mode. Users can also opt for a wired connection when the battery runs out.

The AlphaTheta HDJ-F10 headphones are now available to pre-order now.
