Belgian techno legends Charlotte de Witte and Amelie Lens are joining forces for a groundbreaking performance at Flanders Expo in Ghent. Following weeks of teasing and hidden messages in their shows, the two iconic DJs have revealed plans for their first-ever back-to-back set. Taking place across two nights – January 31 and February 1, 2025, the event promises to be a monumental highlight in the global techno scene.
Flanders Expo will transform into a massive techno arena, welcoming 20,000 ravers each night for what is set to be a visual and sonic spectacle. With cutting-edge production and two of the most influential women in techno at the helm, this is sure to be an unforgettable experience. The full lineup for the event will be announced soon.
Amelie Lens has become a key figure in modern techno, driving the genre forward through her two labels, LENSKE and EXHALE, and her renowned event series. Lens has always embraced an inclusive approach, making techno accessible to a broader audience. Her unique use of vocals, tireless passion for music, and commitment to community are central to her work.
Her EXHALE events have created a safe space for ravers to celebrate their love for techno. From her global shows to her Ibiza residency, Lens’ presence in the scene has been monumental. Her focus, however, remains rooted in the dance floor.
