The innovative health and wellness brand, made its debut on May 30, 2023, since then they’ve garnered thousands of happy customers, many leaving stellar 5-star reviews on Trustpilot shouting about the game-changing party packs.

Alongside this, they’ve featured at major festivals including Glastonbury, Noisily, Wilderness and Secret Garden Party, collaborated with artists such as Josh Parkinson, Hannah Wants, and built a community of like-minded people, sharing nutrition-backed tips on how to make your body party proof.
Speaking about the party packs, Rebound Recovery Founder and Registered Nutritional Therapist Georgie Robertson commented:
“Our consistently positive feedback and very high customer loyalty since launch reflects the quality and efficacy of our first product, Rebound Party Recovery. It’s my mission to change mindsets around partying so that people know how to be more proactive about looking after themselves.
I’m determined to make Rebound packs a lifestyle no brainer and be part of everyone’s weekly health and wellness plans. Our vision is to develop products that optimise recovery alongside activities that can strain the body and cause imbalance but that don’t compete with the heavily saturated multi-vitamin market.”

Georgie Robertson, further comments:
“Rebound resulted from combining personal need, experience and passion. They have been personally formulated from my experience as a Nutritional Therapist, my love for music and festivals and a full life as a working Mum of 4 so they were a mission driven gap to fill.
The Rebound difference is that the party recovery packs are nutritionist backed, contain 53 all natural and clean nutrients, botanicals and amino acids in the most absorbable forms, the unique before and after party dosing and full mind and body support by boosting liver detoxification, immunity, cognition, energy, mood and sleep. This ensures there are no wasted tomorrows….. because dancing all night shouldn’t cost you tomorrow!”
So, do they actually work? We put the party packs to the test :
In use: RMR’s review
Last week Rebound kindly sent us some of their renowned party packs to try out for ourselves and see if they really do live up to the hype. Opening them up, the packs are small and lightweight – making it easy to carry with you to the rave or fit into your bags for travelling. There’s five capsules in total, with two taken just before you start partying and another three when you eventually head to bed.
Whilst this does seem like a lot of tablets to be taking, they all contain natural ingredients which will support your body’s recovery, there’s no drug or medicinal properties. The capsules themselves are quite large, and to some might be a little intimidating at first, but the HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) shell makes them pretty easy to swallow.

For someone who finds it difficult to sleep after partying, I was relieved to fall asleep naturally after an hour or so and managed to get a solid 6 hours of uninterrupted rest. The next day, I was noticeably fresher than normal and whilst still feeling a little tired had no grogginess or foggy head, which meant I didn’t just waste the day in bed. Instead I was able to be productive, left the house, saw friends and wasn’t craving fast food like usual.
By day two, paired with more healthy eating I enjoyed another good night’s sleep and woke up Monday morning feeling ready for the week ahead, without any sickness or demotivation that I would ordinarily have. In Summary, Rebound is a must have for ravers and party goers. The packs dramatically improved my post-party recovery, and at the cost of a single drink at most events (£6.95) I’ll definitely be buying more, and so should you.
