Kurupt FM to play 10 year anniversary show at O2 Academy Brixton

West London’s finest pirate radio station, Kurupt FM, has been causing a stir on radio and TV over the last decade now. Now to celebrate 10 years since it all began, they’ve announced a very special show at London’s O2 Academy Brixton on Saturday 28th September

Starting out on YouTube with their own DIY webisodes, soon after the group were discovered by the producers of Ricky Gervais’ hit tv show; The Office. Their pilot episode then followed on BBC3 receiving a huge reception and marking the beginning of Kurupt FM’s global takeover. Fast forward to today and People Just Do Northing is BAFTA award winning TV show, along with a critically acclaimed feature film ‘Big in Japan’

Alongside TV & film success, Kurupt has seen developed an ever-growing fanbase for their music, leading to three chart topping albums as well selling out shows and performing at the world’s biggest stages including Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds, Bestival, Hideout in Croatia, London’s Roundhouse, The Warehouse Project, and many more.

The Kurupt FM following includes the likes of Ed Sheeran, Chase & Status, JME, Example, Annie Mac, Big Narstie, Maisie Williams, Doc Brown, David Hasslehoff to name a few. Renowned for their high energy live show, this huge anniversary date is one certainly not to miss!
