This weekend, Swedish label giants Drumcode are taking over London’s behemoth venue; Drumsheds for their biggest ever UK show. Taking place on Saturday 9th March, the venue will be transformed into a techno lover’s paradise, with founder Adam Beyer headlining the X Room, joined by Kölsch, Stephan Bodzin (Live) and many more.

Adding to the already stacked lineup, fan-favourite UK festival and close Drumcode affiliate, Junction 2 will be taking over the Y Room with a melodic masterclass from the likes of Yotto, Parra for Cuva (Live) and Layla Benitez. Rounding off the billing sees Adam Beyer’s experimental sister label Truesoul in charge of the Z Room with acts including Jeremy Olander, Raxon and more.

With so many great names on show, here’s some of our top picks to see this weekend :
Adam Beyer
Creating one of the biggest imprints in the techno sphere, Adam Beyer has been a techno pioneer for over three decades. The Stockholm-born DJ/producer has performed all over the world at some of the most iconic festivals and clubs, often spinning the latest and greatest tracks his label has to offer. Matched with his invigorating playing style behind the decks, he utilises the Pioneer RMX 1000 to remix tracks on the fly, adding tension and excitement to his performances.

KASIA
After paving the way for her own lane in the electronic music landscape, KASIA has become renowned for a distinct sound which pairs fleeting melancholic elements with high-energy melodic techno. KASIA’s deep and euphoric soundscapes have set her apart from the crowd and with an industrial playground like Drumsheds as her backdrop, she will no doubt take ravers on a journey they will never forget.

Rebuke
Starting his career in the Irish underground music scene, Rebuke has burst into the limelight, becoming one of the breakout stars of last few years. Combining a mix of techno, house and rave records from the early 90s to create unique tracks which have turned heads in every corner of the music world. Previously quoting ‘It’s really about capturing the dirt and energy of that time and fusing it with modern house and techno’ you can expect to see him unleash this electrifying cocktail of genres at Drumcode.

Layla Benitez
Treading the line between organic house and dark melodic techno, Layla has pushed the envelope for a fresh sound which defies traditional genre confines. Heavily influenced by her father; Jellybean Benitez, her sets are often laced with 80s style synths. The Space Miami resident has continued her unstoppable trajectory into 2024 and will certainly be one to watch in the Y room.

La Fleur
Hailing from the same home country as Drumcode head honcho Adam Beyer, Swedish DJ/producer La Fleur is a mainstay name in the electronic music circuit. Widely known for meticulously melding house and techno, both classic and futuristic alike, she’s an undeniable force in the industry. Her debut EP ‘Flowerhead’ in 2016 quickly became an underground favourite, leading to releases on Cocoon, Kompakt and of course Truesoul.
