Over 100 acts to perform this year’s Body Movements Winter Edition

The event will be one of their last multi-venue instalments

This February 3rd marks the second year of Body Movements Winter Edition festival. Being one of the UK’s original queer festivals, the event programme reflects the LGBTQIA+ community in all its splendor and promises a fusion of identity and expression. The lineup includes a distinctive blend of local and international talent, with 7 secret special guests that will be revealed on the day. 

Although in an intimate setting, this one-of-a-kind multi-venue spectacle aims to captivate attendees with an show-stopping lineup. Previous editions have seen the likes of Peach, Eris Drew b2b Octo Octa, Job Jobse, TAAHLIAH, Roza Terenzi, ISAbella, and more. This year’s instalment pledges to uphold the same vibrancy.

Set against the backdrop of Hackney Wick, Bodyworks will transform a network of indoor venues, hosting 27 diverse crews from the realms of clubland, including 2CPERREA, Adonis, Bitch Please!, Bottom Heavy, Fèmmme Fraîche, High Hoops, Inferno, Nite Dykes, Pxssy Palace, T-Boys Club and more, for a day-to-night extravaganza. A huge selection of over 100 acts are set to perform, including Bethan, Bottom Heavy (Dan Beaumont and Wes Baggaley), Carlos Valdes, Faff, Hannah Holland, Gideön, Joshua James, Michelle Manetti, Reece Spooner, and many more.

This edition marks the start of a new chapter for Body Movements, with the brand due to change its format from a multi-venue form, to a new grassroots venue site launching this August. More details on this to follow!
