One of the most exciting brands to come out of the UK in the last few years is set to embark on their first international festival next year. Taking place from 24th-26th May 2024 on the Mediterranean island of Malta, the 3 day spectacle will combine XXL’s stacked lineups with Malta’s stunning backdrops.

News of the festival announcement has already created a buzz since it dropped last week, creating waves among the brand’s global community. Over the past 3 years, the collaborative event between Lo-fi, Warehouse Project and Teletech has garnered a huge following, thanks to their extra extra large shows which bring together the most in-demand names in techno, breaks, electro, gabber and beyond to Manchester’s iconic Mayfield Depot.
After further successful stints across the UK, the brand is breaking into international waters for the first time and in true XXL style, they’re not holding back. Already announced in just phase 1 of the lineup are some of the leading names in their respective genres such as AZYR, Rebekah, BLK., Blawan, Hannah Laing, DJ Stingray, Locked Club, Kettama, Sara Landry, Kobosil, Klangkuenstler, Partiboi69, and X-Coast.

The festival is set to takeover five venues in Malta, including Fort St Elmo – a historic castle on the island, as well as boat parties and no doubt some after parties. More details are due to be announced in the coming months.

Prices for the 3-day festival start at €160, with a limited number of ticket and accommodation packages up for grabs from €550 for five nights.
