In 2024, the highly anticipated Ocaso Festival in Costa Rica is returning for its seventh edition, promising an extended five-night experience. From January 4th – 8th, attendees will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a remarkable tropical getaway held at newly established ‘The Bohemian Lagarto’ in Playa Lagarto, Guanacaste. Situated on the stunning Pacific coast, this beachfront location offers breathtaking views and a unique atmosphere.

The first wave of the festival lineup is an excellent selection of electronic artists, including renowned performers such as Mind Against, John Summit, Seth Troxler, Mano Le Tough, Sama’ Abdulhadi, Hannah Wants, Cassian, Tini Gessler, Adam Ten, Konstantin Sibold, Deer Jade, Mita Gami, Tony Y Not, Julya Karma, Zombies In Miami, Hunter/Game, 8Kays, Brina Knauss, and many others.

Ocaso Festival is not just a music event, it’s a socially conscious and environmentally friendly gathering that celebrates a love for music, nature, and culture. It provides a space to rejuvenate the soul, expand horizons, and indulge in paradise-like locations accompanied by an exceptional soundtrack. The festival takes place at a 200-acre beachfront ranch equipped with a state-of-the-art Funktion One sound system, allowing attendees to enjoy overnight camping and beachside glamping. Conveniently located only 40km south of Tamarindo and 30km north of Nosara, shuttle buses are available from both locations as well as the local airport.

Guanacaste, a province in northwestern Costa Rica, is renowned for its stunning beaches and diverse natural landscapes. It will allow festival goers to explore the rare dry tropical forests of Santa Rosa National Park, discover world-class surfing sites, observe over 250 bird species, or simply relax on the endless beaches and partake in water sports activities.
