Since it’s inception in 2016, SXM Festival has managed to combine sensational scenery alongside a star studded lineup to create what could be considered a life enriching experience. Over time it has become a globally known festival name that has provided a melting pot of Carribbean, Dutch, and French cultures.
Running from March 8th to the 12th, the brand takes over the island of Saint Martin to give a very surreal and sumptuous festival experience. From hilltop sunrises to beach sunsets, alongside villa, pool and boat parties to boot. SXM really does have one of the ultimate festival locations.
To match the stunning setting, SXM have put together a eclectic lineup, with grammy award winning duo Camelphat heading the billing alongside Music On’s very own Marco Carola, and Dubfire.
With almost 30 acts announced so far, some other names that may pique interests are the likes of Brazilian born DJ & Producer Mochakk who’s coming off a standout 2022. West African DJ and record maker AMÉMÉ, and Astra Club (DJ Tennis b2b Carlita).
Every stage is carefully picked and curated to ensure production, atmosphere and vibe are in tune with the location. One stage Happy Bay, is a private beach in a secluded jungle setting. The Boho Beach Club is utilised for those in need of some calm during the extravaganza. Then there is the villa party (this is VIP only) and it’s known to be raucous.
VIP also has some additional perks, with not only access to the Villa party, but to exclusive areas, chill out stations, a VIP bar, table service, washrooms, and more. They also get first priority on access to the Panoramic party and boat party, due to their limited capacities.
