Since it’s inaugural event in 2012, the team behind The Hydra have gone on to create a musical institution, showcasing the best in underground house & techno. Returning since nearly a two year hiatus, the brand has announced two mouthwatering shows for Saturday 27th November and December 18th 2021.
The venue hosting, is becoming well known space within the festival/event circuit. Known as The Drumsheds, a repurposed gasworks from the 1930s has since become an industrial playground for all things music. This multi-purpose venue is unique and a perfect setting for those underground vibes.
The Hydra has opted to put the spotlight on collaboration for the two parties, with many acts playing b2b for the very first time. The November event titled ‘To Be’, will host the likes of Nina Kraviz b2b Paula Temple, Jeff Mills, Ben Klock b2b Marcel Dettmann, Modeselektor b2b Special Request to name but a few.
The December event titled ‘Not To Be’ will see Four Tet b2b Floating Points, Jon Hopkins, Carl Craig b2b Moodyman and many more taking to the stage.
