Weird and wonderful party purveyors Lost Village have today released the lineup for 2020’s edition of their annual celebration of music and arts. The one of a kind experience taking place between 23-27 August, prides itself as being a festival where no two years are the same.
The four day party acts as a platform for creativity and shines a light on a mix of carefully curated music, exceptional food and show-stopping comedy to create an abstract escape from reality. A key focus for Lost Village is to strike a perfect balance between red-hot emerging talents and established artists. Their programme for 2020 pays credit to this, with a healthy cocktail of names from across the electronic music spectrum to keep you lost in the wilderness for the duration.
Internationally renowned performer Bonobo brings his signature style to the woods, whilst live shows from Floating Points and Ross From Friends will have fans locked front and centre. Chicago house queen Honey Dijon also joins, alongside the upbeat sounds of Folamour, Eris Drew and Octo Octa.
Providing some melodic shades to the event finds the inimitable Four Tet and Innervisions boss Dixon, whilst the unorthodox Australian selector HAAi makes her return, following a memorable performance last year.
The Lost Village festival site is something to behold, with the unique surroundings leaving you feeling truly off the beaten path. Discover yourself dancing in an overgrown airport, venturing through a rusting junkyard or stumbling across derelict houses.
Away from the music, Lost Village also boasts plenty of extracurricular activities, with yoga, wood-fired hot tubs, cocktail masterclasses, vintage clothing markets and abandoned arcades. Plenty more artists and activities are still to be announced.
