New York’s annual Labor Day Weekend celebration of electronic dance music, Electric Zoo, is returning to Randall’s Island from August 30th-September 1st for another exciting instalment. Celebrating their tenth anniversary last year, the festival brought a host of dance music heavyweights from around the world for an incredible weekend of dancing. This year is no different as the festival returns to the island for this year’s theme, “Evolved“. With a number of individual stages already announced, Eric Prydz is proud to present an eclectic line-up for his stage at Electric Zoo.
Eric Prydz’s Pryda alias and label has become one of the most influential and respected names in progressive house music. Celebrating its fifteenth anniversary this year, the label has gone from strength to strength, showcasing the deeper and more progressive side of Prydz’ repetoir and pushing the boundaries of progressive house. Following his performance on the Main Stage on Friday, Prydz will headline his Pryda stage on the Saturday and this year will see techno icon Green Velvet, progressive and deep house maestro Joris Voorn, Anjunadeep staple Yotto, hot new talent Cristoph, as well as hot talent Ben Bohmer (Live) and Miss Jennifer.
