Herr Krank, Jase Jeffery, Roisin W, Sabrina & more to play Mixing Mates presents Offline

Manchester's blazing collective takeover one of the city's most iconic venues

On Friday 3rd May, Manchester-based collective Mixing Mates presents Offline, an evening of eclectic house, acid, and techno at the legendary venue YES. One of Manchester’s most iconic venue’s YES is a performance & event space spread over four floors (including a roof terrace) in a former auction house in the heart of Manchester city centre.

Curating the night is a female-led collective based in Manchester that goes by Mixing Mates. Curating events for over seven years with a love for dance music at the core, four friends are on a mission to showcase the best of Europeโ€™s DJs and producers.

Herr Krank will be headlining the event with both a live and DJ set. A prolific producer originally from Normandy and now based in Paris, label manager of Helios Records, Herr Krank quickly emerged among the names to follow a new French wave of electronic music artists.

A master of contemporary electronic performance, expect a distinctive blend of jazzy piano melodies, funky basslines, dynamic percussion, and acid undertones. These strong attributes notably helped push the word of his million-view track “Acid Jazz“.

Manchester icon Jase Jeffery will be warming up with a showcase of the best house, breaks, acid, and progressive records. Renowned for spearheading the vibrant queer-centric event: Bent, Jase will bring the cityโ€™s vibrant sounds to the dancefloor.

Also in control on the night is an exclusive back-to-back set from Roisin W and Sabrina, two of Mixing Mates’s finest selectors. The pair have been working hard with the collective, curating shows as the group rise through the ranks of Manchester’s dance scene.
